Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approves the installation of holiday lights along Main Street with the grant of 5,000 dollars to better improve the community and mental health within the City of Hesperia. These streetlights would be at the following intersections: · Main Street & Seventh Avenue · Main Street & Escondido avenue · Main Street & Key Point Avenue · Main Street & I Avenue · Main Street & Eleventh Avenue · Main Street & Topaz Avenue
