Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District receive and file this report regarding the District’s current process for collection of delinquent residential water accounts, including the lien procedure, and property owner responsibility established under Hesperia Municipal Code Title 14.02.080.
