Recommended Action It is recommended that the City Council and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District consider an amendment to the City-wide fee schedule based upon the change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) by adopting Joint Resolution No. 2025-34 and Resolution HWD 2025-09.
