Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District approve the award of Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) to six (6) firms to provide On-Call Engineering Design, Construction Management, and Inspection Services for an initial three (3) year term, in an amount not-to-exceed $500,000 per agreement and authorize the City Manager or her designee to execute the PSA’s and any other necessary documents related thereto: Engineering Design, Construction Management, and Inspection Services AnGenious $500,000 ERSC $500,000 GHD $500,000 Michael Baker International $500,000 Psomas $500,000 Transtech $500,000
