Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant funds in the amount of $1,577,600 for the City of Hesperia Vision Zero Action Plan, the supplemental Complete Streets Plan, and supporting studies. 2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all grant-related documents, agreements, and amendments as necessary to implement the grant. 3. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-04, accepting SS4A grant funds, authorizing execution of the grant agreement.
