Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-16 approving Final Parcel Map No. 20899 to create two parcels from 2.5 gross acres within the Limited Agricultural (A1) zone located on the south side of Olive Street, approximately 850 feet east of Cottonwood Avenue (Applicant: G & S Outdoor Design, Inc. APN: 0409-022-07).
