Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District approve a utility agreement with the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) for the reimbursement associated with the relocation of a portion of waterline within the City of Hesperia on US-395 Highway.
