Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-61 approving Final Map No. 18955-2 to create 32 residential lots on approximately 12.11 gross acres and accept right-of-way necessary to develop Tract 18989-2 Lot 2, Planning Area 1 of the Tapestry Specific Plan (Applicant: Silverwood Development Phase I, LLC).
