Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-62 approving Parcel Map No. 20643 to create 2 parcels from an existing 3.4 acres of land within the Regional Commercial (RC) zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the north side of Main Street and approximately 200 feet west of Cataba Road (Applicant: Quick Quack Car Wash; Doug Livingston, APN: 3064-471-04).
