Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-56 approving Final Map No. 20648-2 to create 4 additional residential lots in addition to the 20 residential lots and 1 homeowners association (HOA) community lot with a remainder parcel previously approved on Final Map 20648-1 on approximately 15.61 gross acres to develop a portion of Tract 18989-1 Lot 26, Planning Area 17 of the Tapestry Specific Plan (Applicant: Silverwood Development Phase I, LLC).
