Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a three (3) year Professional Service Agreement with LDM & Associates, Inc., in an amount not-to-exceed $350,000, to provide Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Housing, and Labor Compliance professional services and for the preparation of the City’s 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, yearly Action Plan, and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing to meet the regulatory requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
