Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-39 approving Parcel Map No. 20627 to create a second parcel from approximately 5.72 acres of land within the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located at 16968 Main Street (Applicant: Midtown Square, LLC; APN: 0410-142-61).
