Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-34 approving Parcel Map No. 20567 to create three parcels on approximately 71.83 gross acres of land within the Commercial/Industrial Business Park (CIBP) of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the northwest corner of Poplar Street and Highway 395, in conjunction with the adoption of an Environmental Impact Report pursuant to the provisions of CEQA (Applicant: LA BELLE I, LLC; APNs: 3064-551-01, -02, -03, -04, -06, -07 &-08).
