Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No 2024-24 and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District, adopt HWD 2024-07, approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Teamsters Local 1932 (Teamsters).
