Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-14 approving Final Map No. 20648-1 to create 20 residential lots and 1 homeowners association (HOA) community lot with a remainder parcel on approximately 15.61 gross acres and accept right-of-way necessary to develop Tract 18989-1 Lot 26, Planning Area 17 of the Tapestry Specific Plan (Applicant: Silverwood Development Phase I, LLC).
