Update the City of Hercules Affordable Housing Policy to Increase Maximum Occupancy Levels RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a Resolution amending the City of Hercules Affordable Housing Policy to increase the maximum occupancy levels to be consistent with occupancy standards for affordable units as set by the California Civil Rights Department (formerly the Department of Fair Employment and Housing) and the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
