Award of a Construction Contract to Frontline General Engineering Construction, Inc. for the Refugio and Foxboro Park Improvement Project RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract with Frontline General Engineering Construction, Inc. (Frontline) in the amount of $895,814.00 for the Refugio and Foxboro Park Improvement Project, including parking lot slurry seal alternate bid item, authorizing an additional expenditure of up to $89,581.40 for a 10 percent contingency on said construction contract, for a total not to exceed contract amount of $985,395.40.
