Commission Interviews RECOMMENDATION: Conduct interviews for all eligible candidates which have applied for Hercules Boards and Commissions. City Council will make their selections and appointments at the Regular City Council Meeting on December 9, 2025. 1. Interview Process - a. Interviews are informal and shall be open to the public. b. A copy of the questions will be at the podium for their reference. c. Candidates will be called into the Council Chambers at their scheduled interview time and must exit at its conclusion. 2. Incumbents that applied for re-appointment were not required to participate in the interview process.
