Gilbert Construction, Inc. in the amount of $77,505.60 for the Bay Trail Soil Nail Wall Sinkhole Repair Project authorizing an additional expenditure of up to $7,751 for a 10% contingency on said construction contract, for a total not to exceed contract amount of $85,256.60 and appropriating $17,756.60 from the SB1 RMRA Fund to fully fund the Contract work.
