Development Impact Fee Calculation and Nexus Report RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommend that the City Council: 1. Review the attached Development Impact Fee Calculation and Nexus Report (Attachment A). 2. If approved, instruct staff to incorporate the changes into the Master Fee Schedule for approval on June 24, 2025.
