Informational public meeting for Bayline Apartments, a proposed 100% affordable housing development project on Bayfront Blocks F & H (APNs 404-490-102-5 and 404-490-101-7) consistent with State law requirements (SB 35/SB 423) for a streamlined, ministerial review process RECOMMENDATION: Hold an informational public meeting to provide an opportunity for the public and the City Council to comment on the development prior to the applicant submitting an application consistent with State law requirements under SB 35/SB 423.
