General Plan Update and 2024 Annual Progress Report RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive an update from staff on the status of the General Plan and the planned update process and ask any questions; 2. Take public comment; 3. Provide any comments; and 4. By minute action, direct staff to submit the 2024 General Plan Annual Progress Report to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR).
