Authorization for the City Manager to sign the Transition Services Department Student Work Agreement RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Adopt a resolution establishing a Student Work Agreement in the WCCUSD Transition Services Department; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Student Work Agreement for a period of September 2024 through July 2025
