Public Hearing on Proposed FY 2024-25 City of Hercules Budget Plan including the First Year of the Ten Year 2025-34 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) RECOMMENDATION: Open the Public Hearing, Receive the Staff Report, Take Public Testimony, and Continue the Public Hearing to June 11, 2024. It is recommended that the City Council discuss and provide policy direction, if any, to staff regarding the approval of the proposed FY 2024-25 Annual Budget.
