RECOMMENDATION: 1) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Trailer Acquisition and Lease Agreement between the City of Hercules and the Hercules Historical Society (HHS), to continue the lease for an additional five (5) years with an option for a five (5) year extension. A lease provision providing for payment by HHS of an annual amount of $100 to cover utility costs is included as an option for Council to consider. 2)Review and discuss a draft Lease Policy and provide direction to staff.
