1. Approval of the renewal and Authorization for the City Manager to execute the annual Professional Services Agreement with Thorn Run Partners for federal legislative advocacy services, effective January 1, 2024 through Dec. 31, 2024, for a monthly fee of $5,000.
2. Approval of an "In-Kind" two-year Facility Lease Agreement with State Center Community College District on behalf of Valley Community Small Business Development Center (VCSBDC), for use of office space inside the Amtrak Station in exchange for providing services as the Hanford SBDC Outreach Office.
