1. Approval of the renewal and Authorization for the City Manager to execute the annual Professional Services Agreement with Thorn Run Partners for federal legislative advocacy services, effective January 1, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2025, for a monthly fee of $5,500.
2. Approval of the establishment of a pre-qualified list of Architecture and Engineering (A&E) Services Consultants to perform on-call professional services as needed (This pre-qualified list will have a performance period of three years, with the option for two one-year extensions) and Authorization for the City Manager to award contracts to the firms identified herein for on-call architecture and engineering (A&E) or other specialty services as needed on a work order basis for a fee amount not to exceed the City Manager’s purchasing authority ($50K).
