- Authorization to advertise for bids for the FY26 Annual Concrete Improvement Project and preauthorize the City Manager to award and execute the contract on behalf of the City to the lowest responsible bidder for an amount not to exceed $165,000.00
- Approval of a new 3-year Service Agreement with Main Street Hanford (MSH) consistent with the terms and conditions of HMC Chapter 3.28, thereby transferring all annual revenue from the Central Parking and Business Improvement District to MSH.
- Adoption of Resolution No. 25-40-R for the acceptance of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) grant in the amount of $85,125.75, Amend the budget to recognize the grant, appropriate this amount in the General Fund for the Police Department, and authorize the Police Chief to execute the grant agreement.
