- Consider approval of an updated City Attorney Legal Services Contract with Griswold, LaSalle, Cobb, Dowd & Gin, L.L.P. and the City of Hanford and authorize the Mayor to execute an updated agreement for a flat monthly fee of $52,000
- Adoption of Resolution No. 25-56-R to authorize the acceptance of an award of $29,000 in grant funding from the Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) for alcohol enforcement, amend the budget to recognize the grant, appropriate this amount in the General Fund for the Police Department, and authorize the Police Chief to execute the Agreement.
- Approval of the purchase of two (2) 2026 Ford F-250 trucks and related upfitting from Keller Ford of Hanford, CA in the total amount of $120,000 fully funded by Measure H.
- Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed Zone Text Amendment No. 2025-13, a request to amend Table 17.08.030 Commercial, Office, and Industrial Use Table and 17.96.020 Land use definitions in order to allow Banks or Credit Unions in the C-N, C-R, MX-D, MX-C and MX-N Zones and Introduction of Ordinance 2025-10, approving the zone text amendment.
