  1. Approval and authorization for the City Manager to enter into a contract with BDM Inc. of Hanford, California in the amount of $133,811.25 for the supply and installation of twelve (12) HVAC units located at City Hall.
  2. Utilities and Engineering: Approval to increase a current service contract with 4Creeks, Inc. in the total amount of $56,200.00 for the Preliminary Design of the intersection of Grangeville and 9<sup id="isPasted">th</sup> Avenue
  3. Authorization for the City Manager to execute a “One Time Only Agreement for the Positive Location of Underground Utilities” with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
  4. Authorization for the City Manager to execute the purchase of an Internal Lift Screw Pump for installation at the Wastewater Treatment Facility from Evoqua Water Technologies LLC, in the amount of $1,325,000 and Appropriation of $450,000 from the Wastewater Fund (0362) to cover approximately 30% of the purchase price.
  5. Approval of the purchase of two (2) 2026 Ford Maverick vehicles for Code Compliance Division from Keller Ford of Hanford, CA in the total amount of $62,229.50 fully funded by Measure H.
  6. Waiver of second reading and adoption of Ordinance 2025-07, approving Zone Text Amendment No. 2025-10, a request to amend Title 17, Section 17.56.230, Wall mural placement and design criteria: in order to comply with free speech requirements.
  7. Waiver of second reading and adoption of Ordinance 2025-08, approving Zone Text Amendment No. 2025-12, a request to amend Title 17, Section 17.56.200, Property maintenance and add Chapter 9.12 – Graffiti: in order to establish regulations for abatement of graffiti on public and private property.
  8. Waiver of second reading and adoption of Ordinance 2025-09, approving Zone Text Amendment No. 2025-11, a request to amend Title 17.56.050, 17.56.150, 17.56.155, and 17.56.310 Temporary and Portable Signs: in order to establish the placement, size and materials for portable signs.
  9. Adoption of the 2025 California Building Standards Code (Title 24) and Amendment to Title 15 of the Hanford Municipal Code.
