- Authorize a Change Order for $565,000.00 to the existing Professional Engineering Services contract with QK for Complete Streets Design<strong id="isPasted"> </strong>services on East Lacey Boulevard (10th Avenue to Sierra Drive)
- Receive the presentation of the proposed July 4th Hanford's Freedom Fest & Fireworks Show, adopt proposed fees as outlined in the report, and appropriate $77,000 from the General Fund to support the event and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract with Fireworks America
- Authorization to apply for the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) Proposition 64 Public Health and Safety (PH&S) Grant Program for up to $1,000,000 to be used to fund the total compensation of a Cannabis Enforcement Officer (CEO) and related expenses for the full five-year grant term and to purchase a patrol vehicle for the CEO; and if awarded, approve Resolution 26-19-R for the acceptance of the grant, amend the budget to recognize the grant, appropriate up to $1,000,000 in the General Fund for the Police Department, and authorize the City Manager or Police Chief to execute the grant agreement.
- Purchase of one (1) 2026 Ford F-250 from Keller Ford of Hanford, CA in the amount of $58,888.29 and approval of appropriation of $58,889 from Fleet Reserves (0448) to fully fund the purchase.
