Adopt the finding that this project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3) common sense exemption, since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the adoption of the 2025 California State Fire Marshal - Fire Zone Severity Map will have a significant adverse effect on the environment. 2.
