ADOPT Environmental Assessment No. P24-04504 dated October 22, 2025, a determination that the proposed project is Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15332/Class 32 (Infill Development) of CEQA Guidelines. 2.
