Award Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Sacramento, LLC., a five-year term RAC Concession Agreement at FAT and authorize the Director to execute the contractual document(s); and 4. Award The Hertz Corporation a five-year term RAC Concession Agreement at FAT and authorize the Director to execute the contractual document(s).
