Approve a no-cost Second Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement (Agreement) between the City of Fresno and The Connie Rice Institute for Urban Peace dba Urban Peace Institute (UPI) to extend the agreement through November 30, 2025 to enable project completion. 2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the amendment and all related documents on behalf of the City of Fresno.
