Approve a no-cost Second Amendment to the grant agreement for the Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiative (VIPI) dated June 26, 2024 between the City of Fresno and FEOC/Advance Peace to extend the term through June 26, 2026 and update the scope of services. 2.
