DENY the appeal and UPHOLD the action of the Planning Commission in the approval of Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 6397, proposing to subdivide approximately 4.72 acres of property into a 26-lot single-family residential development, subject to the following: a. Development shall take place in accordance with the Conditions of Approval for Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 6397 dated February 5, 2025.
