Actions pertaining to acceptance of grant funding from Fresno Unified School District (FUSD): 1. Approve a one-year agreement between the City of Fresno (City) and FUSD to conduct Sports, Play, Active Recreation for Kids (SPARK) curriculum at up to twenty-nine (29) school sites from August 2024 through June 2025. 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Independent Services Agreement and any amendments in an amount not to exceed $ 850,000.
