Approve the successor Memorandum of Understanding for Representation Unit 11, represented by the Fresno County Deputy Probation Officers Association, effective October 26, 2026; and approve a related 1.5% increase in base salary for the unrepresented Supervising Deputy Probation Officer and extra-help Special Probation Investigator classifications, due to compaction and in keeping with footnote four (4) of the Salary Resolution, respectively, effective October 26, 2026; and approve a related 4.95% increase in base salary for the unrepresented Supervising Deputy Probation Officer classification, effective November 9, 2026, in lieu of the previously approved 1% base salary increase for UNR classifications at the September 22, 2026, Board of Supervisors Meeting, to account for compaction resulting from the addition of a sixth salary step to their subordinate Senior Deputy Probation Officer classification; and Approve the related Salary Resolution Amendment, as reflected on Appendix “B”
