Retroactively approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Public Health’s previous submittal of a phase 1 grant application to the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development for the California Community Reinvestment Grants Program Fiscal Year 2026-27 for the period of June 1, 2027 through May 31, 2030 ($3,000,000); and approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Public Health’s submittal of a phase 2 grant application if the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development approves the phase 1 application for the California Community Reinvestment Grants Program Fiscal Year 2026-27 for the period of June 1, 2027 through May 31, 2030 ($3,000,000)
