Approve an Amendment to the Salary Resolution, Section 100, to provide a salary adjustment of 1% for Unrepresented (including confidential classifications covered by Footnote “y”), Management, Senior Management Supervisors, Senior Management, Assistant Department Head, Department Head (excluding Elected Officials), and Extra-Help classifications within U98 (as outlined in Salary Resolution Section 100), effective November 9, 2026, as reflected on Appendix “B”, and approve an Amendment to the Salary Resolution, Section 100, to provide a salary adjustment for the Supervising District Attorney Investigator classification of 2%, effective November 9, 2026, as reflected on Appendix “B”; and approve an Amendment to the Salary Resolution, Section 100, adjusting impacted Unrepresented and Extra-help classifications within U98 to comply with California minimum wage, effective December 21, 2026, as reflected on Appendix “B”
