Consider appeal of Planning Commission’s denial of Variance Application No. 4201 as revised by Applicant to propose creation of two 3.37-acre parcels from an existing 6.74-acre parcel in AL-20 (Limited Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District; if your Board chooses to grant Appeal with modifications as requested by Applicant and overturn Planning Commission’s denial of Variance Application No. 4201, it would be appropriate to: 1. make the required four Findings specified in Section 860.5.060.D for approval of a variance stating the basis for making each finding; and 2. approve Variance Application No. 4201, with modifications to permit creation of two 3.37-acre parcels, subject to Conditions of Approval, as recommended by Staff, including an additional indemnification condition (subject parcel is located on southwest corner of the intersection of S. Cherry Avenue and E. Jefferson Avenue and approximately 0.25 miles east from unincorporated community of Easton (APN: 334-090-02))
