Approve and authorize the Library to contribute funds for participation in the Fresno Rainbow Pride Festival for fiscal year 2025-26, in compliance with Administrative Policy No. 80; and approve and authorize the Library to recognize and celebrate LGBTQ Pride Month annually, for five years or until approval is rescinded by the Board, in compliance with Administrative Policy No. 81
