Approve and authorize Chairman to execute Agreement with City of Kerman for Kerman Solar Street Lights Improvements, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project No. 26371, which consists of installation of solar streetlights at various locations in the City of Kerman where existing streetlight illumination is not sufficient for pedestrian or vehicle safety, effective upon execution through March 1, 2027, total CDBG funding amount not to exceed $190,737; and approve and authorize Director of Public Works and Planning to evaluate and grant timeline extensions and scope modifications for completion of Project as requested by City of Kerman, in compliance with Federal CDBG regulations, and so long as modifications do not change fundamental nature of Project
