Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a revenue Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the Evaluation and Remediation of Illegal Hemp Cultivation, Agreement No. 24-0827-005-SG, effective upon execution by all parties through January 31, 2028, with a total reimbursement amount of $25,000; and Approve and authorize the Agriculture Commissioner/Sealer of Weights and Measures to approve and execute amendments to the recommended Agreement on behalf of the County, provided that any increase or decrease does not exceed the greater of 15% of the Agreement maximum or $10,000, subject to approval as to legal form by County Counsel, and approval as to accounting form by the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector
