Approve and authorize the Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights and Measures to approve, and execute on behalf of the County, routine revenue agreements for FY 2026-27 (estimated $3,343,200), subject to approval as to legal form by County Counsel, and approval as to accounting form by the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector; and Approve and authorize the Agriculture Commissioner/Sealer of Weights and Measures to approve and execute amendments to these same revenue agreements on behalf of the County, provided that any increase or decrease does not exceed the greater of 15% of the original agreement maximum or $10,000, subject to approval as to legal form by County Counsel, and approval as to accounting form by the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector
