Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive Agreement with California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for the fire training program, care and housing for detained Secured Youth Treatment Facility youth at the Probation Department, performed at the Pine Grove Youth Conservation Camp in Pine Grove, CA, effective July 1, 2026, not to exceed five consecutive years until June 30, 2031, total not to exceed $239,300; approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contractor Certification Clauses form, as required by CDCR, to be incorporated by reference into the Agreement; and approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Generative Artificial Intelligence Reporting and Factsheet Reporting form, as required by CDCR, to be incorporated by reference into the Agreement
