Conduct first hearing and take action to: approve proposed amendments to Fresno County Ordinance Code, Title 15, including the Statement of Local Findings, regulating building and construction within Fresno County; set second hearing for September 22, 2026, and waive reading of Ordinance in its entirety; designate County Counsel to prepare a fair and adequate summary of the proposed Ordinance; and direct the Clerk of Board to post and publish required summary in accordance with Government Code, Section 25124(b)(1)
