Conduct first hearing to add Chapter 10.80, “Prevention of Contribution to Over Concentration of Sex Offenders in Single Family Dwellings Utilized as Documented Transitional Living Facilities” to Title 10 of the Ordinance Code of Fresno County; waive reading of the Ordinance in its entirety, and set the second hearing for January 6, 2026; designate County Counsel to prepare a fair and adequate summary of the proposed Ordinance; and direct the Clerk of the Board to post and publish the required summary in accordance with Government Code Section 25124(b)(1)
