Approve and Authorize the County Administrative Officer to submit a Letter of Interest to the Fresno Madera Continuum of Care (FMCoC) to serve as the Management Entity on behalf of the FMCoC for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Program; Adopt Resolution authorizing the County of Fresno, through the County Administrative Office, to serve as the Management Entity on behalf of the FMCoC for the HUD CoC Program; and Approve and authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee to execute grant related documents necessary to perform the duties of the Management Entity on behalf of the FMCoC for the HUD CoC Program
